Package Sponsorship

We offer sponsorship packages including seminars, exhibitions, and branding. You will be provided with opportunities for comprehensive communication, including direct dialog with the global community of pediatric endocrinologists, messaging, brand appeal, and other activities.

Please note that applications may be closed once the number of available slots is reached.

How to Apply

Applications for Package Sponsorships should be submitted using the Package Sponsorship Application Form.
Applications for individual sponsorship items should be submitted through the Congress Sponsorship Application System.
Please note that applications cannot be accepted by telephone or fax.
Once submitted, applications cannot be cancelled except in cases of force majeure.
Sponsors may not transfer, assign, lease, or exchange their sponsorship rights with third parties without prior approval from the Organizing Committee.

If you agree to the above conditions, please proceed with your application using the appropriate application method below.

1. Register Your Information

If this is your first time using the Congress Sponsorship Application System, please create an account by selecting "New Registration" on the login page.
A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is complete.

2. Log In

Please log in using your registered User ID and Password.

3. Submit Your Application

After logging in, click "New Application", select your preferred sponsorship item(s), complete the required information, and submit your application.
A confirmation email will be sent after your application has been successfully submitted.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder and verify that your email address was entered correctly.
If you still cannot locate the email, please contact the Sponsorship Secretariat.

Changes to Your Application

Once an application has been submitted, it cannot be modified online.
If you need to make any changes, please contact the Sponsorship Secretariat by email.

Allocation of Sponsorship Opportunities

Final allocation of sponsorship opportunities will be determined after the application deadline.
Please note that your preferred option may not be available if multiple applications are received for the same opportunity.

Invoice

Once your sponsorship has been officially confirmed, an invoice (PDF) will be sent by email to the designated billing contact.
If you require a printed invoice, please indicate "Printed invoice requested" in the remarks section.

Privacy Policy

Personal information provided during registration (such as your name and email address) will be used solely for sponsorship administration, including invoices, receipts, and communications related to the congress. It will not be disclosed to any third party.
